Save Our Shire

     It's now or never!

Redland Shire Councils recently released Draft Redlands Planning Scheme proposes an expansion of the Shires urban footprint, and about a 46%increase in the Shires population.  Thats a total of about 182,500 people, and about 57,000 more then we have now.

You can readily imagine what another 57,000 new residents would do to the quality of life in the Redlands!

This is not the future that Redlanders want. Redlanders understand there are negative consequences to endless urban expansion and that there must be limits to growth. The people of the Redland Shire have said no to urban sprawl.
