·         dramatic loss of the Shire’s semi-rural character

·         dramatic loss of open space and bushland habitat

·         increased traffic congestion

·         increased noise and air pollution

·         increased stress on Moreton Bay.

 

 

In short, a diminished quality of life.

Good quality agricultural land, once the heart of the Redland Shire, will soon be gone.
